The gym was impressive with a full range of equipment, and the pool, despite being small, was a fun spot for the kids. The suite was spacious, and having a cooktop made it easy to prepare meals. The location had a great view, making our stay even more special.

Absolutely loved the spacious room with a full kitchenette! The view from the 12th floor was delightful and really brightened my stay. Access to the parking garage was a breeze!

The elevators took longer than my last yoga class to get down! And don’t get me started on the missing toiletries. I didn't sign up for a scavenger hunt!

It was just a reliable pick for a weekend escape in Hamilton with definitely value for money. The staff were super helpful when we lost a stuffed animal and got it back quickly. Make sure to check out the local restaurants nearby.

We had a spacious two-bedroom suite that comfortably fit my large family, all five teenagers included! The hotel was conveniently located about 8.5 km from King's Forest Golf Course, which made for a fun outing. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast and the friendly atmosphere.

In my wife’s opinion, the elevators were slow and sometimes crowded, which was frustrating with so many teenage bags and gear. It would be great if they added more elevators or at least some clear information for families navigating the space.

The suite view was really nice.

Our suite was huge and had a lovely view of the city—definitely a nice change from the usual parking lot! We really enjoyed the indoor pool and the cozy lounge area for relaxation after a long day. The only downside was the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but it was still pretty good. 😊

The hotel has a decent location and spacious rooms, making it a mostly pleasant stay. However, the breakfast options were limited and coffee often ran out. Also, check-in experiences with long waits and the unexpected state of some rooms were disappointing.

One downside was some noise from the pipes, which banged annoyingly when guests overhead used the bathroom during the night.
